Our restaurant was born among grape perfumes and from the cold flavor of Serra Gaúcha/RS (Brazil), but our dreams come from a futher south region.

From a plane area, with underwood vegetation that embraces Rio Grande do Sul, Uruguay and Argentina, “THE PAMPA” Gaucho.

 

Guri is a project that seeks to rescue traditional recipes, ingredients and cooking techniques of the gauchos pampas. Valuing and defending the gastronomy of this tough people, brave and full of virtues.

GURI seeks to value gaucho gastronomy through fire and the ingredients of our state.

 

We are not a steakhouse, nor a parrilla, we are a GAÚCHA house that cooks with firewood, fire and embers!​

All our dishes are made in the snapof firewood and in the heat of the ember. It is in the fire, in the grillor in a wood-fired oven.

Totally surprising, very varied, with iningredients chosen daily and having

all dishes passing through the embers, this menu is the Chef's homage to gastronomy gaucha. 

IMPORTANT: This menu can be adapted for people ALLERGIC to

certain ingredients only when informed in the reservation.

attractfrom producers in southern Brazil and has ingredients

selected by the Chef and prepared with the touch of embers in all the dishes.

We have a garden in constant expansion. We want ingredients every time fresher and poison free.

We seek small local producers daily.
All our inputs are from southern Brazil,
mainly from the State of Rio Grande do Sul.


We are very concerned and attentive to the cultivation of products and the raising of animals of those
that provide us with the ingredients.

We want to serve food as healthy as possible, with ecological and social responsibility.
